Brett Harper has been serving others through his career since 1998, with high standards and hard work. Starting in central Florida he one day found himself headed to North Dakota while working for a trucking company. The beauty of the surroundings and the people of North Dakota quickly grabbed ahold of him, so he soon began making plans, and made the move.
After a couple years, Brett started his own trucking business. Completing the simple task of pressure washing his fleet one day, unexpectedly took him on a new journey toward spray foam roofing systems.
Through a round-about way he met a business owner, now mentor and friend, who taught him about Conklin systems. Brett decided this was to be his next endeavor, so he and wife Elizabeth attended a seminar which set things in motion for Hi-Line Commercial Roofing.
Now fully trained in commercial roofing systems, Hi-Line Commercial Roofing was created. Choosing the name Hi-Line came directly from the local environment, meeting the people, observing the lifestyle, and enjoying the beauty all around Highway 2, across North Dakota and Montana.
“There’s nothing like it”, says Brett, “the rural nature of the area and the amazing people made it an easy choice. After traveling here, I knew I didn’t want to leave. Elizabeth and I couldn’t be happier with the decision we made several years ago, to make this our home.”
In business, I’ve learned the importance of choosing the right kind of people to surround ourselves with. This spectacular part of the country is full of the best kind of people. We walk a straight line, keep high standards, follow instructions without losing our innovative nature, and respect the land and others. It’s truly a community we love being a part of!
